WHAT SALT IS GOOD?

It is the task of your doctor who is experienced and certified to practice medicine to help maintain or restore physical and mental health. Your doctor is tasked with interacting with you, diagnosing medical problems and successfully treating illness or injury.

A doctor is someone who is experienced and certified to practice medicine to help maintain or restore physical and mental health. A doctor is tasked with interacting with patients, diagnosing medical problems and successfully treating illness or injury.

If you allow me, I will commit myself to the promotion of education on the table salt consumption. Table salt is a dangerous salt and sea water contains 92 minerals.
(1) Approximately 30% is sodium
(2) Chloride 50%
Because we now have two very harsh minerals that if you inject both of those into the blood, you will die.

Is it how Table salt is made?

Chemically, table salt consist of two these two elements, sodium (Na) and Chloride (CI). Neither element occurs separately and free in nature, bit are found bound together as the compound Sodium Chloride.

So what they do is they scoops up the this first crystals formed and bleaches them white, puts aluminum with it so that it runs freely and there’s your table salt. They put these sickness everywhere on everything far too much.

What happens then, is Sodium level rise and potassium levels drop. Now Sodium levels inside the cell are rising, which they should not, and the cell swells.

What’s that called?

That is call “High Blood Pressure.” table salt will contribute to “High Blood Pressure.

SO WHAT SALT IS GOOD?
People with high blood pressure should put on “CELTIC SALT”.

Why should patients be put on CELTIC SALT?

Because Celtic Salt contains 82 minerals and it’s a hand harvested sea salt. So the minerals are in the Celtic salt in their balance form.

What about Himalayan salt?

In many places Himalayan salt is a lot easier to get, there’s 70 / 75 minerals, so it’s pretty good.
But I prefer the Celtic Salt.
One reason is that the Celtic Salt has 3 magnesiums and it contains magnesium Chloride and magnesium bromide and magnesium sulphate.
Magnesium is a water hungry molecule and this explains why the Celtic Salt is such moist salt.
The magnesium is taken to the cell membrane and you drink your water and that magnesium pulls that water inside the cell, it is the quickest way to hydrate you body.
The only time excess water drinking can be dangerous is if people drink too much at once and don’t have the minerals that are in the Celtic Salt to pull out that water inside the cell.
Thank you TSASI. Our dialogue on Health today, explore ways to revitalize the consumption of table salt and how it is responsible for our various health problems. Thank you again.
