That’s wonderful! As the CEO of HairSenta, my realisation of the power of my smile inspired me to create HIBS Africa, a beauty industry dedicated to fostering young women and empowering them to serve society and contribute to a better future.
Through HIBS Africa, I provide a platform for these young women to learn and develop their skills in the beauty industry, while also emphasising the importance of empathy, compassion, and making a positive impact on others.
I organise training programs, mentorship initiatives, and workshops that focus not only on the technical aspects of the beauty industry but also on building confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of purpose. By nurturing their talents and instilling a deep understanding of the power of a warm smile,

I would like to settle on the story of Adjeley, who lived in a small town called Kojokrom in Ghana.
Kojokrom is a town in the Western region of Ghana. It is 12 kilometres from the centre of Takoradi. It is about 2.7 kilometres from Sekondi amidst rolling hills.
Adjeley had a smile that could brighten the gloomiest of days. However, she didn’t realise the true power of her smile until an eventful summer day.
On that particular day, Adjeley visited the local park and noticed an elderly man sitting alone on a bench, looking downcast. Her caring nature urged her to approach him and offer a warm greeting. As she smiled at him, a flicker of surprise crossed the man’s face, followed by a faint smile of his own.
As time went on, Adjeley’s smile became renowned in the community. People sought her out when they needed a pick-me-up or a ray of hope. She realised that her smile had the power to heal hearts, mend relationships, and brighten the darkest days.
Inspired by the positive impact she was making, Adjeley decided to use her smile to make a difference on a larger scale. She organised events to bring smiles to underprivileged children, volunteered at nursing homes, and participated in community service projects.
Word of Adjeley’s caring nature and the power of her smile spread far and wide. News outlets featured her inspiring story, and soon her influence extended beyond her town’s borders. People from different corners of the world began to recognize the impact a simple smile could have.
