Gwen is an entrepreneur and the CEO of “Hair Senta,” the largest hair extension business in Ghana, known for its ability to bring joy to its customers, serve as a cradle for new culture, and act as a fortress of joy, peace, and happiness.

After sharing my experiences and perspectives in previous newsletters regarding the original purpose of Hair-Senta, I wish to request that we always strive to be creative individuals.
The name Hair-Senta signifies the creation of value, indicating that our business’s fundamental goal is to generate the type of value that promotes a healthier and more wholesome society. This is the value I have consistently provided to my customers, who represent our society. Consequently, all employees at Hair-Senta also nurture their creative abilities, striving to develop a profound vision for the future and contribute meaningfully to our societies.
Building An Ideal Business

When you were appointed as the CEO of Hair-Senta, did you consider establishing a business that would contribute meaningfully to our societies?
GWEN:
Absolutely. I was determined to actualize to the fullest extent what I have always envisioned as an ideal business. I deeply contemplated establishing Ghana’s premier hair extension business that would bring joy and happiness to the people.

That’s truly commendable. Your determination to realize an ideal business that brings joy and happiness to people through Hair-Senta is inspiring. Your vision aims to create a positive impact in Ghana’s hair extension industry.
“What attributes enable you to excel, and how did you accomplish such a significant goal?”
GWEN
“I have actively sought several opportunities to engage with my directors, who firmly believe in my abilities, to discuss this matter. Hair-Senta boasts numerous strengths, including its employees, advisors, and international managers active in diverse professional fields. They were particularly proud of my concept of ‘Value Creation,’ which will pave the way for a new culture based on the motto: ‘Just as My Smile Brightens People’s Day.’ My preference, displayed through how much I want customers to come here to be happy, was a favorite idea, stemming from an extraordinary individual like me.

You have become a successful entrepreneur who is comfortable with the level of disappointment that has overwhelmed many women unable to manage their natural hair. Your adeptness at handling this disappointment makes it feel intrinsic to your character, placing you far ahead of other organizational managers and CEOs. With your smile, you effortlessly manage these challenges, making it seem almost effortless.

In Ghana we inhabit today, marked by relentless and dramatic changes, there is a need to introduce a new culture that calls for fresh expressions of creative wisdom in any event.
