How can a man who led Ghana and most African countries struggle for their right to elect their own leaders become dictator?

The demanding question is. Do these same enemies want Bawumia as Ghana’s next president?
For those Ghanaians and Africans who take interest in history and the future of Ghana, it is only natural to be concerned with the legacy of the Judicial institution, created by the same enemy in the aftermath of Kwame Nkrumah’s overthrow that tore Ghana and Africa apart.

AssumptaGH
This message is demanding, but fair. I have also second it, by considering that it was the Judicial system as at that time doubted their own leader and gave him to the demons.

TSASI
My message here today reflects on what kind of contribution the Judicial system made to bring their leader back. It must be noted that our Judicial system may from now on be assessed on a more political level, on the basis of its impact on the peace- building process in Ghana and its wider systemic influence at the international level.

AssumptaGH
It is indeed important to bear in mind the extent to which his own people turned against him and gave him away to the demons.

TSASI
Was it crucial to consolidate the peace process and demand our president for questions?

AssumptaGH
Well, as a lawyer, what I observed in Nkrumah’s case was that the Judicial system chose to work in isolation and detached itself from reality. They never sought to work for peace to protect the standards of the law and impartiality, which has always been relevant to the development of a positive vision of a future nation and its population.
For me who have been following the work of the Judicial system legislation, the grave mistakes our Judicial institutions have committed remind me that human rights violations always take place when issues are not addressed.
The story of Sudan’s current fight
This is why we should care about the fighting that is going on in Sudan. What is happening there is more than meets the eye and is time for the African Judicial institutions to start discussing the actual truth of the matter.
America is up to its proxy War again in Sudan, just as they have been doing all these years in Africa leading to the death of thousands of innocent Africans.
They are at it again in Sudan fighting a proxy War with two factions of Sudanese military fighting each other. One of them is led by Lieutenant General Hamdan, head of the paramilitary group known as Rapid Support Forces. The other faction is led by the Sudanese army chief-General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan.

AssumptaGH
Why are they fighting instead to protect their country from any outside threat?

TSASI
This is where Russia comes into the picture, because in the last five months, Russia has finalised a deal with Sudan to establish Russia’s naval base in Sudan’s Red Sea coast and America is not Happy with that, actually they are furious.

AssumptaGH
Well, that is why. I venture to speak about Africa’s legal legacy and how we sell our own people to the demons of America.

TSASI
What is going on there is that America’s ambassador to Sudan; John Godfrey, expressly warned Sudan not to seal that deal with Russia. But they went ahead doing just that. So when the paramilitary unit began fighting the other faction.

AssumptaGH
Well, as Africans, we still have to blame ourselves for not standing in our truths. This is the time for African leaders to speak with one voice to compel America to stop and change its occupation policy. It is a similar critical history and make some remarkable effort to bring these Americans to the table and question their violence.

TSASI
There is still much more to be done in reducing America’s influence on Africa. What does the alleged legal base mean in relation to what is happening now in Sudan?

AssumptaGH
What comes to mind are important questions. We as Africans need to ask ourselves about the compatibility between the purpose of the Americans and Russia. Even though Russia has made clear about his security intervention in the Red Sea.
What about America? We are awaiting to analyse if their purpose respects the dignity of human life and how they have interpreted it with war pppdoes really raise some doubts. African countries have always supported the idea of promoting peace. With this in view, I suggest that our American friends should take into consideration the promotion of peace on the African continent.

It should also be underlined that the Sudanese Paramilitary group also has a responsibility to assist the Americans in the process of building peace.
In this regard, I would like to add and conclude my remarks. Perhaps the greatest contribution we can make towards peace as Africans, is to remind ourselves more and more that the only way to build a legacy of peace is to live by it and broaden it with our own experiences in the search for truth and justice.

TSASI
This is one of our findings in this year’s theme to elect vice president Bawumia as next president of Ghana : “Sustaining our government and working together to sheds light on the future viability of all Ghanaians”.
This should be the indicators needed to assess our actions to vote for proper reforms.
We will continue to dialogue on this point. Thank you AssumptaGH.
