Mahmoud Bawumia
The Visionary Whose Digitalisation Program Exposes Corruption Loopholes in Ghana.

In Ghanaian culture, showing love to your children is not the same as in American culture. In American culture, you embrace your kids, kiss them, and even tell them you love them. That is American culture.
Ghanaians don’t do it like that. Ghanaians do it differently. They don’t say it like the Americans do, but you see it in the Ghanaian parents’ actions that they do love their kids.

The Ghanaian parents will wake up early in the morning and leave for their respective jobs and come back home ilate n the evening. They do this every day to acquire some properties or investments, in land or anything for their children, the next generation.

Now looking at his quiet and reserved nature of Ghanaians. Unlike others like Kennedy Agyapong who is vocal about his love for Ghana and Ghanaian people, Bawumia believed that actions spoke louder than words.
Under the NPP’s Government, Ghana was faced with numerous challenges. The country was plagued by poverty, limited resources, and social inequality. But despite these difficulties, the NPP government remained undeterred in its mission to secure a better future for its people.
Bawumia now, as vice president, and responsible for the economic management team has never expressed his love for the people of Ghana through his grand speeches or public declarations, but he has demonstrated his commitment through his tireless efforts. He worked tirelessly to improve the living conditions of the impoverished, implementing policies that promoted equal access to education, healthcare, housing projects and opportunities for all.

Bawumia, responsible for the economy management team, believed in the power of education to uplift the people of Ghana. He established free education policy in Ghana in remote areas, ensuring that every Ghanaian child had access to quality education regardless of their background.

He has provided scholarships and vocational training programs to empower the youth of Ghana and equip them with the skills needed for a brighter future.
Mahmoud Bawumia responsible for economic management team qqalso recognized the importance of sustainable development. He championed environmental initiatives, promoting renewable energy sources and conservation efforts.
He helped his NPP party invest in infrastructure projects that improved Ghana’s water supply, transportation networks, and healthcare facilities, ensuring a higher standard of living for the people of Ghana.

In times of crisis, Bawumia’s true leadership shone through. During a severe COVID-19 that threatened Ghana’s economy, he mobilised resources and implemented innovative methods, saving Ghanaians and ensuring health care for the People of Ghana. Mahmoud Bawumia’s actions spoke volumes about his dedication to the well-being of Ghanaians.
Over time, the people of Ghana began to witness the positive changes brought about by Bawumia’s NPP party, good policies and actions.
Today we see the reduction in poverty, cocoa farmers’ price rise, the improved infrastructure, Digitisation Program that combat corruption, and the opportunities that were once beyond their reach.
Ghanaians today, realised that Bawumia’s love for them was not in his words, but in every decision he made and every action he took.
Bawumia’s quiet demeanour did not diminish his impact as a leader. His commitment, integrity, and dedication to securing a better future for the people of Ghana were evident in his behaviour.
The people of Ghana respect and admire him not for his eloquence, but for the tangible improvements he brought to their lives.
Yes, a quite comprehensible trust for Bawumia’s leader seems to offer a reason why Ghana whose currency is less valued in the international market, will stop paying taxes in Ghana. One may not need to pay tax when his or her salary is low.
And so, the story of Mahmoud Bawumia serves as a reminder that true leadership lies not in empty promises or grand gestures, but in the actions taken to uplift and secure a better future for those entrusted to one’s care.
Thank you all .
