Kelly Rowland: Exactly! But the truth is, we always have a choice. The world may not hand you a clear-cut role in every situation, but you define your role by how you show up. When I first started in Destiny’s Child, I had moments of doubt—wondering if I belonged, if I was good enough, if my voice mattered. But I realized that waiting for permission to step into my power wasn’t an option. Confidence isn’t about knowing everything; it’s about deciding to own your space and move forward, even when things are uncertain.
