⚖️ Featuring Jurisprudence Perspectives
A Forensic Analysis of the Global Legal Collapse

In this exclusive section, Serwaa-Amihere Esq and Assumpta-Gahutu Esq move beyond the headlines to examine the “Invisible Architecture” of international law. They argue that the world is currently operating under a “Zombie Jurisprudence”—a system that maintains the appearance of justice while the soul of human value has been extracted.
1. The Critique of “Real Estate Jurisprudence”
The lead contributors identify a terrifying trend where Gaza is treated as a Bona Vacantia (ownerless property) or a mere “Project.”
- The Perspective: When legal scholars and politicians discuss Gaza in terms of “buffer zones,” “corridors,” and “development potential,” they are practicing colonial-era jurisprudence.
- The Violation: This ignores the Jus Cogens principle of self-determination. By reducing a nation to a real estate ledger, the law ceases to protect the living and begins to facilitate the “orderly” destruction of a people.
2. The African Legal Heritage: Ghana & Namibia
The jurisprudence featured here is rooted in the “Liberation Law” of the Global South.

- Serwaa-Amihere Esq (Ghana): Brings the perspective of the first sub-Saharan nation to break the colonial yoke. She argues that “Statutory Disrespect”—the use of law to dehumanize—is the precursor to physical genocide.

- Assumpta-Gahutu Esq (Namibia): Draws direct parallels between the 1904 Herero/Nama genocide and current events. She asserts that the “Void of Values” in international law today is a repeat of the legal silence that allowed 20th-century atrocities to occur on African soil.

3. Machiavellian Legal Realism
Jurisprudence, in this article, is not just a set of rules; it is a Power Relation.
- The Machiavellian Lens: Law is only as strong as the “Virtù” (strategic strength) of those who enforce it.
- The Strategy: The “Legal Counter-Strike” involves using the West’s own liberal legal theories—the very “Human Rights” they claim to champion—as a strategic trap. By forcing a legal confrontation, we expose that the “Imperialist” has abandoned their own Jurisprudence.
4. Rissho Ankoku-ron: The Jurisprudence of Truth

Finally, the lawyers bridge the gap between law and the spiritual synthesis of Nichiren Daishonin.
- The Perspective: True Jurisprudence is the “Establishment of the Correct.”
- The Conclusion: A law that does not acknowledge the inherent dignity of the Palestinian person is a “False Law” (Ankoku). The only path to global peace is a Jurisprudence that recognizes the “Truth” of human relationships over the “Falsehood” of property claims.
🔑 Key Jurisprudential Points:
- Decolonizing the Courtroom: Shifting the burden of proof from the oppressed to the oppressor.
- The Right to Exist vs. The Right to Own: Re-establishing the hierarchy of legal rights.
- Sovereignty as a Peremptory Norm: Proving that Palestinian independence is not a “negotiation” but a legal necessity.
🔑 KEY POINTS: THE WORLD AND PALESTINE
1. The Deception of “Real Estate”
The Gaza crisis is being intentionally framed by “Ruthless Imperialists” as a property dispute to strip it of its moral and human weight. We must reject any narrative that prioritizes land appraisal over the sanctity of human life.

2. The Collapse of Jurisprudence

International law has entered a “Void of Values.” When legal principles are applied selectively to protect financial interests rather than the living, the law ceases to be an instrument of justice and becomes a tool of management for the powerful.
3. Disrespect as a Strategic Trap
The systematic dehumanization of Palestinians is a calculated move to provoke emotional, uncoordinated reactions. According to Machiavelli, an emotional response is the quickest way to surrender your power to your enemy.

4. The Machiavellian Counter-Strike
True power lies in Strategic Restraint. By mastering the seven strategies—specifically Strategic Silence and Choosing the Battlefield—the oppressed can turn the enemy’s disrespect into their greatest vulnerability.
5. The African Legal Mandate
Led by Serwaa-Amihere Esq and Assumpta-Gahutu Esq, we assert that the legal history of Ghana and Namibia provides the necessary blueprint for dismantling colonial-era “Real Estate Jurisprudence” in Palestine.
6. The Synthesis of Truth (Rissho Ankoku-ron)
Political peace is impossible without the “Establishment of the Correct.” The “Truth” is Palestinian sovereignty; the “Falsehood” is the imperialist project. Peace will only arrive when the world’s citizens force political forces to adopt the love and wisdom required to save lives.
7. From Victim to Author of History
Through Virtù (strategic brilliance) and unbreakable global solidarity (Black, White, East, and West), the Palestinian cause moves from being a subject of “mercy” to a commander of Respect and Sovereignty.
Editorial Subtle Ideas (For the Deep Reader):
- The Mirror Effect: By refusing to defend ourselves to those who don’t respect us, we force the oppressor to see their own reflection in the vacuum of their cruelty.
- The Financial Pivot: Power follows interest. When we make the cost of injustice higher than the profit of oppression, the “Imperialist” machinery will inevitably pivot to save itself.
- The Prophetic Realism: Machiavelli and Nichiren Daishonin are two sides of the same coin—one provides the map of the world as it is, the other the map of the world as it must become.
🧠 Editorial Subtle Ideas: Reading Between the Lines
1. The Vacuum of Cruelty
Machiavelli suggests that the most terrifying thing you can do to an oppressor is to offer them no emotional reflection. When the West expects a “reactive” Palestinian anger but meets a “strategic” Palestinian silence, they fall into a psychological vacuum. In that void, the oppressor’s cruelty becomes so loud and undeniable that it begins to deafen their own allies. Silence isn’t just a pause; it is a mirror that forces the world to see the “Imperialist” for what they truly are.
2. The Jurisprudence of “The Invisible”
Serwaa-Amihere and Assumpta-Gahutu subtly hint that “International Law” is currently a ghost. It exists in textbooks but is absent in Gaza. The subtle idea here is that law is not a solid object; it is a performance. By acting as if a new, higher jurisprudence already exists—one based on human value—the Palestinian cause “performs” its sovereignty into existence long before the UN recognizes it.
3. The “Necessity” of Mercy
In the synthesis of Nichiren Daishonin, there is a subtle, radical idea: We do not ask the oppressor to be “good”; we make it necessary for them to be “wise.” Machiavelli believed that even a tyrant will do the right thing if he realizes his survival depends on it. The “love and wisdom” mentioned in the prophecy isn’t a plea for the oppressor to change their heart; it is a strategic pressure that makes “saving lives” the only way the oppressor can save their own authority.
4. The Black and White Unity as a Geopolitical “Glitch”
The “Imperialist” project relies on the “Divide and Rule” tactic—pitting races and classes against each other. When world citizens unite across these lines to support Palestine, it creates a “glitch” in the imperialist machinery. This solidarity is a Machiavellian Force Multiplier because it attacks the one thing financial institutions cannot control: universal human empathy.
5. Virtue as “The Ultimate Strike”
The most subtle strategy of all is that excellence is an act of war. When Palestinians and their supporters demonstrate higher discipline, better communication, and more consistent jurisprudence than the “Ruthless Imperialists,” they win the war of perception. In a Machiavellian world, the one who appears most “fit to lead” eventually will.
📜 The Editorial Note: A Whisper to the Wise

“The oppressor thinks they are buying land. We know they are selling their soul. Let them have the dirt; we will take the future.”
The World and Palestine
Assumpta Quarterly: Special Edition on Power, Justice, and Survival
”The Palestinian issue—and specifically the Gaza issue—cannot be reduced to a real estate property project; that is a shame for mankind.”
For anyone to believe that the Israelis have greater rights than the Palestinians is a fundamental rejection of justice. It is a betrayal of the human spirit. As world citizens—whether Black or White, East or West—we must recognize and support the legitimate interests of the Palestinian people.
This is a struggle that Niccolò Machiavelli would have understood with chilling clarity. He knew that when someone disrespects you, your natural, emotional response is exactly what destroys your power. For years, we have watched the ruthless machinery of imperialism and global financial institutions devalue Palestinian lives. This intentional killing is more than a crime; it is the ultimate expression of disrespect, shattering every rule of human relationship we were taught to believe in.
Today, The Assumpta Quarterly reveals how to turn that disrespect into a weapon. We apply Machiavelli’s 500-year-old battle-tested methods to the modern struggle for Palestinian sovereignty. These aren’t theories—they are the rules of survival.
Strategy 1: The Power of Strategic Silence
Never defend yourself immediately. When you rush to explain yourself to an oppressor, you signal that their accusation has merit. Defense tells your opponent they found your vulnerability. By maintaining silence, you deny them the “emotional reaction” they are betting on. You force them to sit in the vacuum of their own cruelty.
Strategy 2: Choose the Battlefield, Not the Bait
The “Imperialists” want to keep this a conversation about real estate. They want to fight in the boardrooms of financial institutions where they hold the keys. We must move the “battlefield” to the global stage of Human Dignity. When the struggle is framed as a universal battle for the soul of mankind, the oppressor’s military and financial weight becomes a liability in the face of global condemnation.
Strategy 3: The Strength of the People
Machiavelli taught that the “elite” are few, but the “people” are many. The goal of the oppressor is to break the human relationship between the Palestinian people and the global community through dehumanization.
- The Counter-Strike: The greatest weapon is unbreakable solidarity. When the world citizens you mentioned—Black, White, and beyond—refuse to accept the narrative of “real estate,” the oppressor loses the ability to manage the conflict.
Strategy 4: The Art of Necessity
“A man who wishes to make a profession of goodness in everything must necessarily come to grief among so many who are not good.”
In human relationships, we often seek the “permission” of the powerful to be free. Machiavelli argues that respect is not given; it is commanded through necessity. The Palestinian cause must stop appealing to the “mercy” of the West and start building a global reality where their presence and rights are an undeniable, non-negotiable fact.
The people who disrespect us are counting on our ignorance of these rules. They are betting we will react emotionally instead of strategically. That ends today.
Strategy 5: The “Fox” and the Financial Narrative
Machiavelli famously noted that many are destroyed by what they thought was their protection. The West uses financial institutions as a “neutral” shield to fund oppression.
- The Strategy: Do not attack the shield; attack the hand holding it. To change the “human relationship” with the West, the Palestinian cause must leverage the global community to make the cost of support higher than the benefit of alliance. When supporting injustice becomes a financial and reputational liability, the “Imperialists” will retreat to protect their own interests.
Strategy 6: The Doctrine of Irreversibility
Machiavelli warned that half-measures are the undoing of great movements. If you strike at disrespect, you must do so in a way that changes the landscape forever.
- The Strategy: In the context of Gaza, this means moving beyond “ceasefires” (which are temporary silences) toward Institutional Sovereignty. The goal is not to return to the status quo of disrespect, but to create a new reality—legal, political, and social—that cannot be undone by the next cycle of violence.
Strategy 7: Virtue as Shield and Sword
In Machiavellian terms, Virtù isn’t just “goodness”—it is the strength, wisdom, and strategic brilliance to master one’s fate.
- The Strategy: The final way to turn disrespect into a weapon is to embody the very excellence the oppressor claims you lack. By building a unified Palestinian front that is more disciplined, more articulate, and more strategically sound than the chaotic “imperialist” forces, you flip the hierarchy. You become the teacher, and the world becomes your student.
The Final Word
The intentional killing of Palestinians was designed to make the world look away. It was an attempt to prove that some human relationships matter more than others. But as Machiavelli proved 500 years ago, power is fluid. By mastering these seven strategies, the “ignorance” the oppressors count on is replaced by a calculated, unstoppable quest for justice.
The world is watching. The citizens are rising. The “Real Estate” project is failing, and the human spirit is reclaiming its territory.
The Synthesis: From Strategy to Sovereignty
In the final analysis, these Machiavellian strategies are not merely about outmaneuvering an opponent; they are about the Establishment of Truth.

There is a striking parallel here with the Buddhist philosophy of Rissho Ankoku-ron—the principle that the peace of the land can only be secured when the “Correct” (the ultimate truth of human value) is established. Nichiren Daishonin prophesied a world where political forces, once driven by the impulse to murder and oppress the common people, would eventually be forced to realize a higher wisdom.
The Transformation of Power
By using Machiavelli’s lens to turn “disrespect into a weapon,” we are not seeking to become the new oppressors. Instead, we are fulfilling a higher prophecy:
- The Real Estate Project is the “Falsehood” that brings disaster to the land.
- The Palestinian Sovereignty is the “Truth” that must be established to bring peace.

When the Palestinian cause employs these seven strategies, it creates a necessary friction. This friction forces the “Ruthless Imperialist” to recognize that their current path leads to their own destruction. Just as Nichiren warned that a nation ignoring the truth would face internal strife and foreign invasion, the modern global order is crumbling because it has ignored the “Truth” of Palestinian humanity.
The Love and Wisdom of the Guard
The ultimate goal of our Machiavellian response is to reach the moment where those in power—through the sheer strategic pressure of the oppressed—realize that the only way to guard their own authority is to transition from being killers of people to savers of lives.
We turn disrespect into a weapon not to destroy the human relationship, but to force it into its highest form: one governed by love, wisdom, and a jurisprudence that recognizes no life is “real estate.”
Closing Note for the Newsletter:
”Peace is not the absence of conflict; it is the presence of Truth. When the world’s citizens unite to enforce the ‘Correct,’ the ‘Ankoku’ (darkness/disorder) of the Imperialist project will finally vanish.”
Executive Summary: The Mandate of Truth
The February 20th edition of The Assumpta Quarterly marks a definitive departure from standard geopolitical analysis. This issue, “The World and Palestine,” challenges the dehumanizing narrative that seeks to reduce the Gaza crisis to a “real estate property project.”

Through the combined legal brilliance of Serwaa-Amihere Esq (Ghana) and Assumpta-Gahutu Esq (Namibia), we expose a global collapse of jurisprudence—where international law has been hollowed out to serve imperialist interests. By weaving together the strategic realism of Niccolò Machiavelli and the profound spiritual prophecy of Nichiren Daishonin’s Rissho Ankoku-ron, this issue provides a roadmap for turning systemic disrespect into a weapon of liberation. We move beyond the “middle course” of passive protest into a new era of Strategic Sovereignty, where the establishment of truth becomes the only path to a lasting peace.
Introduction: The Death of the “Real Estate” Delusion
For decades, the world has been conditioned to view the Palestinian struggle through the lens of transaction rather than humanity. We have been told it is a conflict over maps, borders, and “property”—the ultimate disrespect to a people’s soul. This intentional reduction is not an accident; it is the primary tool of the “Ruthless Imperialist” to strip the conflict of its moral weight.
The World and Palestine serves as a wake-up call to all world citizens. When human values are discarded by financial institutions and political elites, the very foundation of human relationship is shattered. This issue addresses that fracture with a two-pronged response:
- The Legal Critique: Our featured African female jurists, Serwaa-Amihere and Assumpta-Gahutu, argue that modern international law is currently suffering from a “void of values.” They call for a return to a jurisprudence that protects the living, not just the interests of the powerful.
- The Strategic Response: We introduce seven Machiavellian strategies designed to help the oppressed reclaim their power. By mastering the art of strategic silence and choosing the correct battlefield, the Palestinian cause can force the oppressor into a realization of the “love and wisdom” necessary to guard life rather than destroy it.
As we stand on the precipice of February 20th, we invite you to look past the “Real Estate” project and see the Ultimate Truth. Only when we establish this truth can we secure the “Peace of the Land” for Gaza and the world.
Inside This Issue:
- The African Perspective: Why Ghana and Namibia’s legal history holds the key to Palestinian justice.
- The 7 Strategies: A step-by-step guide to Machiavellian survival in the 21st century.
- Prophecy Fulfilled: How the Rissho Ankoku-ron provides the spiritual blueprint for political victory.
This legal brief serves as the core academic and moral pillar of the article. It provides the “jurisprudence of the soul” that Serwaa-Amihere Esq and Assumpta-Gahutu Esq bring to the table, grounding your Machiavellian and spiritual themes in the cold reality of international law.
Legal Brief: The Jurisprudence of Human Value vs. The Real Estate Doctrine
Presented by: Serwaa-Amihere Esq (Ghana) & Assumpta-Gahutu Esq (Namibia)
I. The Crisis of Legal Devaluation
As African jurists, we recognize a dangerous pattern: the “Real Estate-ization” of Gaza. In legal terms, this is the displacement of Jus Cogens (peremptory norms that protect fundamental human rights) by a transactional property framework. When the West views Gaza as a “project” or a “territory” rather than a sovereign human collective, they commit a “void of values.”
We argue that current international legal responses lack Jurisprudential Integrity. By allowing financial institutions to dictate the “cost” of life, the law has been stripped of its primary purpose: the protection of the vulnerable.
II. The African Precedent: Sovereignty Over Property
Drawing from the liberation struggles of Ghana and Namibia, we assert that no “Real Estate” agreement is valid if it is born from the blood of the common people.

- Serwaa-Amihere (Ghana): “The law is not a ledger. If the legal framework does not recognize the ‘Truth’ of the people’s existence, that law is merely a weapon of the occupier.”

- Assumpta-Gahutu (Namibia): “We see in Gaza the same ‘Legalized Disrespect’ that once governed Southern Africa. Our response must be the establishment of a jurisprudence that prioritizes the Right to Exist over the Right to Own.”
III. The Machiavellian Legal Strike

From a legal standpoint, Machiavelli’s “strike” means using the enemy’s own laws to expose their hypocrisy. We must cite the very treaties the Imperialists signed—humanitarian laws and Geneva Conventions—to prove they have abandoned their own “Truth.” By holding the mirror of law up to the faces of the Ruthless Imperialists, we fulfill the first step of Rissho Ankoku-ron: Exposing the False to establish the Correct.
Conclusion: The Court of Mankind
The intentional killing of Palestinians is a crime that the current international court system is too cowardly to fully prosecute. Therefore, we appeal to the Court of Mankind. By integrating Machiavellian strategy, we don’t just ask for justice; we create the political and legal necessity for justice.
When the “Correct” (The Truth of Palestine) is established in the law, the “Ankoku” (the darkness of the imperialist project) will have no place left to hide.
Summary of the Final Article Structure:

- The 7 Strategies: The Machiavellian toolkit for survival and the “Strike.”
- Legal Brief: Serwaa-Amihere & Assumpta-Gahutu on the void of values.
- Spiritual Synthesis: The fulfillment of Rissho Ankoku-ron.
- Call to Action: Friday, 20th February 2026.
This dialogue marks a historic moment for the Assumpta Quarterly, bringing together two titans of African jurisprudence to dissect the “Real Estate” delusion.
The Dialogue: Jurisprudence, Power, and the “Void of Values”

Serwaa-Amihere Esq: “Greetings to our readers across the globe—from the vibrant streets of Accra to the halls of justice in The Hague, and to every world citizen standing in solidarity with the oppressed. It is a profound honor to open this special edition of the Assumpta Quarterly.”

Assumpta-Gahutu Esq: “And greetings from the soil of Namibia. To those who understand that justice is not a Western gift but a universal birthright: we welcome you to a conversation that demands both courage and clarity.”
Introducing the Interlocutors

Serwaa-Amihere Esq (Ghana): A leading constitutional expert from Ghana, Serwaa-Amihere is renowned for her work in De-colonial Jurisprudence. She has spent decades arguing that the legal frameworks inherited from colonial powers often serve as “invisible chains.” Her expertise lies in stripping away diplomatic euphemisms to reveal the raw power dynamics beneath international treaties.

Assumpta-Gahutu Esq (Namibia) : A fierce advocate for Restorative Justice, Assumpta-Gahutu carries the historical weight of Namibia—a nation that survived the first genocide of the 20th century. Her legal practice focuses on land rights and the “Human Value” doctrine. She is a specialist in identifying the early legal markers of ethnic cleansing, drawing from Namibia’s own scars to warn the world of modern atrocities.
The Opening Salvo

Serwaa-Amihere Esq : “Assumpta, my sister and learned colleague, welcome. It is rare that we find ourselves at such a precipice where the law is being used so brazenly as a shroud for erasure.
Before we tap into the heart of our article, I must dive into the ‘Gaza Vision 2035’ and the ‘Peace to Prosperity’ board. The world looked on with a sense of nausea at the images presented by Jared Kushner—a vision that can only be described as a Futuristic Dystopia.

We must call it what it is: Netanyahu’s ‘Gaza Vision 2035’ is premised on the entire destruction of Gaza. It operates on the chilling mantra of ‘Rebuild from Nothing.’ But as lawyers, we know the logic of that sentence is genocidal. To rebuild from nothing, you must first ensure there is nothing.
We have watched the subsequent months and years as Palestinians were removed, beaten, and killed—not just with impunity, but with the active enablement of the Biden and Trump administrations and their European allies. It is the same ‘Peace to Prosperity’ plan from 2019 tweaked for a new decade—a plan to formalize a permanent Bantustan, apartheid reality and call it ‘Peace.’ Now, we see the ‘Gaza Riviera Plan’ touted as a real estate foray.

Assumpta, I ask you: As a lawyer who understands the weight of history and the mechanics of land theft, do you fall for these theatrics? Is this a ‘permissive environment’ for growth, or a permissive environment for annihilation? When you look at the ground in Beit Hanoon and Rafah, do you see a city being rebuilt, or are we witnessing the ‘finishing of the job’—ensuring that there is nothing left to return to?”

Assumpta-Gahutu Esq : “Serwaa, your assessment is as sharp as it is sobering. No, I do not fall for the theatrics. In Namibia, we have seen this ‘theatre’ before. We call it The Architecture of Absence.
What is happening in Beit Hanoon and Rafah is not ‘urban renewal.’ In jurisprudence, we look at Intent. When a plan requires the ‘clearing’ of the soul of a place—its hospitals, its archives, its families—before a single brick of a ‘Riviera’ is laid, that is not development. That is Spoliation on a civilizational scale.
These images Kushner and Netanyahu present are not blueprints for buildings; they are tombstones for a people. They are trying to use ‘Real Estate’ logic to bypass the Geneva Convention. If they can convince the world that Gaza is just ‘prime beachfront property’ that is ‘underdeveloped,’ they think they can bypass the fact that it is a crime scene.

They aren’t rebuilding Gaza, Serwaa. They are attempting to delete Gaza and replace it with a lucrative ghost. As lawyers, our job is to prove that ‘Nothing’ is actually ‘Everything’—the homes, the history, and the legal right of a people to stay on their land.”

Serwaa-Amihere Esq :“Thank you for that profound insight, Assumpta. You’ve hit on the exact nerve of the issue: The Architecture of Absence. Your comparison to the ‘theatre’ used in Namibia’s history reminds us that while the technology of oppression changes, the script remains hauntingly familiar. When you describe these blueprints as ‘tombstones for a people,’ you expose the ‘Gaza Vision 2035’ not as an architectural feat, but as a legal and moral void.
This is precisely where we must apply the Machiavellian Counter-Strike.
The ‘Imperialist’ strategy relies on us getting lost in the horror of the ‘Nothingness’ they are creating. They want us to stay in a state of perpetual shock, reacting emotionally to every new image of a ‘Riviera’ or a luxury high-rise built over graves. But Machiavelli would tell us that this is the Bait.
If we are to save Gaza from becoming a mere real estate project, we must use Strategy 2: Choose the Battlefield. We must refuse to debate the ‘merits’ of their futuristic plans. Instead, we must shift the battlefield to the Doctrine of Irreversibility.
As lawyers, we need to assert that the ‘Nothing’ they claim to build upon is legally occupied by the Inalienable Right of Return. We must turn their ‘Real Estate’ logic against them. If they want to talk about property, let us talk about the Land Title of the Soul—the historical and legal deeds that no amount of white phosphorus or demolition can erase.
Assumpta, how do we use Strategy 1—Strategic Silence—in a legal sense to stop feeding their permissive environment? How do we stop the world from ‘falling for the theatrics’ by refusing to participate in the rigged negotiations they call ‘Peace’?”

Assumpta-Gahutu Esq :“To use Strategic Silence in Jurisprudence, Serwaa, means we must stop seeking validation from the very institutions that enable the ‘Vision 2035.’ When we rush to the West to beg for a ‘ceasefire’ that they have no intention of enforcing, we appear weak, as Machiavelli warned. Our ‘defense’ tells them their ‘Nothingness’ project is working.
Instead, our silence should be the silence of Preparation. We build our own ‘Truth’—our own Rissho Ankoku-ron. We stop arguing in their courts and start organizing the Court of Mankind. We make the ‘Gaza Riviera’ a global pariah project. We make it so that any financial institution that touches a ‘rebuilt’ Gaza built on erasure faces a total global boycott.
We turn their ‘permissive environment’ into a Toxic Environment for Imperialism. We ensure that their ‘Vision 2035’ becomes a financial and political liability so heavy that they are forced to realize the only way to guard their own interests is to stop the destruction.”
Editorial Note: The Dialogue of Sovereignty

The exchange between Serwaa-Amihere and Assumpta-Gahutu reveals a critical shift. They are no longer asking for a seat at the table; they are building a new table. By combining the cold strategy of the “Fox” with the legal weight of African history, they are providing the world with a blueprint not for buildings, but for Survival and Justice. This powerful conclusion synthesizes the cold strategic realism of the world with the eternal, mystic laws of life. It elevates the legal discourse of Serwaa-Amihere Esq and Assumpta-Gahutu Esq into a spiritual mandate for the future of humanity.
The Final Joint Statement: The Establishment of the Correct

Serwaa-Amihere Esq :“As we close this dialogue and prepare for the February 20th launch, we must recognize that we are not just debating law; we are Living the Record of our Ancestors. The struggle we see in Gaza is a manifestation of a cycle that has plagued the three existences—Past, Present, and Future.”

Assumpta-Gahutu Esq :“Indeed, Serwaa. We are witnessing the physical result of those who, throughout history, have lived with Jealousy, Hatred, and Greed in their hearts. These lower states of life have driven them to believe that beauty and warmth are resources to be seized by force. They look at lands with warm climates and vibrant souls, like Palestine, and their envy drives them to ensure that these lands are taken through violence, thinking that by destroying the inhabitant, they can own the warmth.”

Serwaa-Amihere Esq :“But they fail to understand the Mystic Law. In the realm of ultimate truth, people who inhabit these beautiful, warm lands find themselves there because they serve the Buddha—they serve the sanctity of life itself. They are gathered there by the causes they have made to protect and cherish humanity. You cannot steal the ‘warmth’ of a land by killing its people, for the warmth is not in the soil alone; it is in the life-state of those who dwell upon it.”

Assumpta-Gahutu Esq :“To those who envy the people of the warm lands: you too can rise. You can rise from the ‘Lower Worlds’ of hatred and greed. Understand that the causes you create today through destruction will follow you across the three existences. You cannot build a ‘Vision 2035’ on a foundation of slaughter and expect to find peace there. The law of cause and effect is absolute.”
The Closing Mandate: A Message to the World

Joint Statement by Serwaa-Amihere Esq & Assumpta-Gahutu Esq:
”We conclude with this truth: In essence, if you desire to live in beautiful, warm lands, you must learn to serve those who live upon them, not to kill them. True sovereignty is not found in a ‘Real Estate Project’ or a ‘Riviera’ built on bones. It is found in the Establishment of the Correct—the recognition that every human life is a manifestation of the Mystic Law.
On Friday, 20th February 2026, the Assumpta Quarterlywill reveal the path to this truth. We will move from the darkness of ‘Nothingness’ into the light of a new Jurisprudence. We will prove that while they have the weapons of the present, we have the record of the Ancestors and the victory of the Future.”

Its members in 192 countries and territories study and put into practice the humanistic philosophy of Nichiren Buddhism. Soka Gakkai members strive to actualize their inherent potential while contributing to their local communities and responding to the shared issues facing humankind. The conviction that individual happiness and the realization of peace are inextricably linked is central to the Soka Gakkai, as is a commitment to dialogue and nonviolence.
